Strawberry Banana Cheesecake
I am a huge cheesecake lover and could eat it every day. However, I have never mastered the art of baking a cheesecake. Since my time in the kitchen can be limited, I like to make simple, yet tasty, desserts that will please everyone. Some of my favorite desserts to make are ones that require no baking and can be prepared in less than 20 minutes. This simple “No Bake” Strawberry Banana Cheesecake is a crowd pleaser whenever I make it and can even be made by the younger ones in the family.
Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Recipe

Slice strawberries and bananas and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine yogurt and cheesecake pudding.
Stir them together, making sure to completely mix in pudding mix.
Fold in whipped topping and mix well together.
Stir in half of sliced strawberries.
Place slices of banana on bottom of graham cracker crusts.
Top bananas with pudding/strawberry mixture. Divide between both crusts.
Take the remaining strawberries and arrange on top.

For a twist on this Strawberry Banana Cheesecake, skip the graham cracker crusts and serve it is a dip with graham crackers or cinnamon pretzels. You can also make it into a Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Cheesecake Fluff by stirring in a bag of mini marshmallows.
