No-Bake Oatmeal Apple Pecan Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Unsalted butter
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Instructions
- Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat.

- Remove from heat and stir in quick oats and pecans. If the mixture still seems like it won't stay together, you can add a few more oats.
- Lay out a sheet of wax paper and drop by tablespoonful onto the wax paper.
- Allow to harden by cooling for 30 minutes.
