#LittleGlowUp Challenge & Little Movie Swag Giveaway
We all know that growing up is hard and there are not many adults that would voluntarily go back to middle school or high school to do it all over again. However, that is what happens to Regina Hall in the new film Little, that opens in theaters on April 12th. This film promises to be full of laughs, awkward moments, and heart touching moments and I am excited to see Marsai Martin in the role of Jordan Sander’s 13-year-old version.
If you haven’t heard about the movie or seen the trailer we have both for you and a chance for you to win a Little themed prize pack in the #LittleGlowUp Challenge. This fun challenge gets in on the popular trend of showing your “glow-up”/grow-up on Instagram. To help get you started I am going to share mine with you. The first photo was taken almost 10 years ago and as you can see a lot has changed since then.
Besides the outward appearance a lot has changed in my life from conquering personal fears, moving several states away from my family, starting my own blog, and being open about my fight with bi-polar disorder, anxiety and chronic pain. There is only so much that a photo can tell but the person on the right may struggle many days but she is happier now than she was in the picture on the left.
I want to encourage you to share your own #LittleGlowUp picture and by doing so enter for a chance to win the giveaway. So check out the awesome trailer for the upcoming film, Little, and then get ready to show us your glow-up photo.
Movie Synopsis:
Girls Trip’s Regina Hall and Black-ish’s Marsai Martin both star as Jordan Sanders — Hall as the take-no-prisoners tech mogul adult version of Jordan and Martin as the 13-year-old version of her who wakes up in her adult self’s penthouse just before a do-or-die presentation.
Insecure’s Issa Rae plays Jordan’s long-suffering assistant April, the only one in on the secret that her daily tormentor is now trapped in an awkward tween body just as everything is on the line. Little is an irreverent new comedy about the price of success, the power of sisterhood and having a second chance to grow up — and glow up — right.
Will Packer, blockbuster producer of Girls Trip, the Ride Along franchise, and ten movies that have opened No. 1 at the U.S. box office, including Night School, No Good Deed and Think Like a Man, brings an all-new perspective to the body-swap comedy.
Little is directed by Tina Gordon (writer, Drumline) with a story by Tracy Oliver (Girls Trip) and a screenplay by Oliver and Gordon, based on an idea by teen actress Martin. The film is produced by Packer and his producing partner James Lopez and by Kenya Barris (Girls Trip, Black-ish), and is executive produced by Preston Holmes (Night School), Hall, Marsai Martin and Josh Martin.
