6 Week Paleo Meal Plan
Meal planning is a great way to not only save money on meals but it also stops my family from relying on take out. However, I often fall into a rut trying to come up with new, affordable meals. We end up eating the same thing and it gets boring after a few weeks. Also since my husband was diagnosed with diabetes, I am trying to serve less carbs and focus more on whole foods. Although we don’t follow a Paleo diet there are many great Paleo meals that are perfect for our family.
