Slow Cooker Pork Roast – Pork Butt Roast
I love my slow cooker because it allows me to get delicious and healthy meals on the table for family with minimal work. One of our favorite things to make in my slow cooker is a good roast. During my recent trip to Aldi’s there was a good sale on a Pork Butt Roast.
I can’t resist saving money on meat so a Slow Cooker Pork Roast went on the weekly meal plan. This is a simple recipe that results in amazing flavor and moist pork. The pork butt roast is perfect on its own or use it in your favorite dishes. I used the leftovers for tasty, shredded pork tacos (watch for that recipe coming next week.)
