Protein Bar Recipe and On The Go Snacks for Weight LossThis shop has been compensated by #CollectiveBias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone.
As a post-op bariatric surgery patient (1+ years) it is important that I consume 60-70 grams of protein daily. Sometimes this is very hard because of the limited amount of food I can consume. Protein supplements, protein shakes and protein bars are recommended. However, I even the best protein bar can get boring eating it day after day. The best way to break up falling into a rut is to use the protein bars in a Protein Bar Recipe and make sure you always keep one in your On The Go Snacks for weight loss bag (so you won’t be tempted to stop for fast food.) The latest bars I have tried are Life Choice Protein Bars available exclusively at Walmart in the cereal aisle. #BarNutrition
